I was looking to trade in my 1999 Starcraft Stardust pup.  Its clean nothing fancy, but everything works and has AC and two new tires and new deep cycle battery.  They offered me $100.00.  Really.  I was also going to trade in a 1998 U.S. Cargo enclosed trailer.  Dual 5k Axels, side door, rear laydown door.  Finished inside with electric ran in walls and ceiling with lights, they offered $400.00.  Really.  This should be considerd theft, or at least attempted theft If i was stupid enough to accept this rediculus offer.  I understand buying and selling of used and new items, but to slap a previous customer in the face this hard was way out of line, so I will no longer do business and I will no longer send anymore work from my compony to them, as I have done in the past.  Not a customer friendly sales operation.  Will go to Restless Wheels, Safford, or Mcgeorge as they can not be as stupid as Reines rv.  To the sales manager, I am still waiting for your phone call to discuss your offer in person, chicken...

"  I understand buying and selling of used and new items..."

I don't think you do.   You were likely offered such low amounts for your 16 and 17 year old trailers because the dealer doesn't want them.  This is your clue to find a buyer that is interested in your trailers and will pay more.   If you really understood the buying and selling process, this would have been obvious to you.    This post seems to be nothing more than the result of hurt feelings because this dealer had no use for your items.  Now put on your big boy pants and put an ad on Craigslist.
