Complaint Review: Rejuva Naturals llc

I purchased Dyflogest from Rejuva Internationals for $189.95 from a flier that was sent by Ty Hoffer, President of the company.  He told me in the flier that I would be "protected by our LIFETIME GUARANTEE. There's absolutely NO risk on your end.  If you don't continue to love you DyfloGest, just return your unused supply anytime and you'll receive a 100% no-hassle refund (less s&H)."

I returned the product on 12/17/11 and called the company on 1/4/12, 1/22/12, 1/24/12, and 2/20/12.  I was told by the person there that it might take up to 10 weeks to have it resolved.  He told me that he would takethe information down and forward it to the department handling the claim. 

I asked for a direct number to that department and was told that they did not have one, that it was done all by internal messaging.  When I asked if I should report this, I was told to go ahead.

I told the representative that this was one of the worst experiences that I have had with a company.
