Rejuvenate Worldwide I ordered face product..recieved body cleanse system for more $$..their return policy is questionable not allowing you time to react..w/out agreement they helped themselves to bank account funds! Flower Mound Texas

I ordered (Nov.26)their trial face sample required pymt for s/h was given. They sent confirmation via email and odd, I thought, was that the confirmation vanished from my computer info.....just disappeared...I didn't delete, couldn't find it anywhere...please note if that has happened to anyone else????

Product sample arrives(Dec. 2) w/out return information. I thought someone had forgotten to put all the info in package.....a product that I had not ordered arrives (Dec 8)....that was when I looked up their return policy. It was vague, questionable and constructed on such a time restraint that if you didn't return product within 4 days you'll get charged...it isn't stated on any of their literature. You have to dig it out on their website. They're not up front about this policy whatsoever!

They offer 2 phone numbers and 2 email addresses for customer support. Not one responded to my needs. I requested immediate attention about the unordered Body Cleansing System, said that I would not be responsible for any charges returning this product to them......They, without agreement charged me $49.95.

The bank was notified and cancelled my current bank account ...they said they'll help retrieve if I couldn't resolve it myself within 10 days..
