I had joined this business opportunity and received the product in a somewhat timely amount of time. I was on a monthly autoship and everything was fine. I had moved about 60 miles from where i first ordered the product and was still being charged for it. Finally, since the 800 number doesn't seem to work. I emailed them and told them about being charged twice and wanting to cancel. At first they said that i had received the product for both times-but when i presented them with the email that was telling me the product kept being returned, They finally folded and said they would refund my credit card for one of the two autoships instead of 2. this was almost $120.00 and i am only getting back half of that. I Feel that i am being ripped off. I was charged 3 times for product, received one and refund for just one, therefore i was charged for something i did not get.
