I got a notice from a collection agency for product Junisse $98.67/ Rejuviderme $96.65 for product that I never ordered. I got a sample and didn't like it and never reordered some time in 2015.
There were never any charges to my account for these products and I never received anything.
The collection agency , Collect Pros ref# 1032914 doesn't have a ph number to speak to any one and only give you 30 days to pay. I do not need this on my credit report for something that I didn't even do.
pretty sneaky because it has been so long I hardly remember how I got the sample. your help will be appreciated.
