Complaint Review: Rejuvinate Worldwide/ageless

I ordered a 7.99 sample for a 15 day trial. I sent the item back within the 15 day window, and cancelled the order. My credit card was charged three days after I returned the item, and the following month it was charged again, with another shipment sent. I spent more than two hours trying to contact someone at the phone numbers listed for the company, they are all scams redirecting you to a website that is email driven. There are no people working there!!!

I finally had to call the 800# and try to re-oreder another 15 day sample to get someone who could help me, and the woman there didn't realize that they are on the phone menu as being there to take new orders, not clean up the mess the company has left behind. She is specifically there to deal with their customer service problems...if you need to fix a problem, call the number and press the order option, you will get a real person who can help with charges. shipping charges are at the discretion of the one who sent the product, though, and that's another battle. good luck.
