I ordered a face cream via internet through this company. A pop up on the website asked if I wanted to add the eye cream but I declined. I declined this offer a second time but about a week after I received my initial order, I received the eye cream anyway. There was no documentation included in the packaging of the product but I referred to my bank acct. activity which indicated a second charge of $4.95. After receiving this product I decided to just keep the product and the charge in avoiding any hassle involved in shipping it back to the company. I regret ignoring this mistake because soon after I received the order, the company took my credit card for a ride in attempting to charge random amounts over a periodof about a week. When I called in with questions, the manager I spoke to mentioned a 14 day trial that didn't sound familiar to me. He seemed to be very fluent on the topic and I'm sure that we were not the only consumers who felt they were deceived with the advertising of this product. Also, there are 2 numbers associated with this company and they will use one another as their scapegoat. They are very much connected and know about all the hidden, small printed, tricky words of luring folks in. The numbers are (844)631-7913 and (844)607-2488. They are quick to tell you to call the other company. I believe they cater to a market who are not exactly savvy on the ins and outs of misleading advertisement such as that on their site. They thrive on folks who just accept charges because they don't want take the second step in challenging a company like this that will probably "Win" the dispute anyway. This company gives a bad name to internet based businesses and it's too bad because there are some honest ones about there. I regret not reading agin through the fine print. With the wrinkles that I'm trying to correct with the cream they offer I might wanna look for some new classes so that I can see the specs on this so called 14 day trial period and explanation of charges. There should be mention of it right away but it's hidden in the back of the order before you press go the last time. Shame on me. There are too many legitimate companies out there that one can order through to even think about giving this one any of your business. If they believe in their product, they should have nothing to hide from, including the costs. They attempted 97 dollars, 60 something and then the $48 that they successfully charged to the card. They should have refunded this charge when I called in but they didn't. By the way, I was not pleased with the cream they sent.
