On Oct 8, my refrigerator stopped.  I found the company's name and phone number on the internet when I typed in Jenn-air refrigerator repairs.  I called them and scheduled an appointment on that afternoon.  The service call was quoted at $49.00, The technician Juan showed up on time, and explained to me that the service labor will be a total of $145.  I suspected it was a power supply problem, and Juan confirmed that it was the problem with the Power Supply Board.  Juan said he could not find the price of that part, and will call me on Oct 9 morning.  I am ok with that, and paid him $49.

After Juan left, I went on the internet and searched for the price of that power supply board.  I came up with 3 prices ( in less than 10 minutes ) from three different websites ( all around $185.00 ).  Juan called me and told me that the part will cost over $500.  Of course, I told Juan my search results.  Juan said it may be a different part, and I asked him to text me the parts number.  Juan texted me the parts number, which is the same as the one I found in the internet ( 67001360 ).  I called Reliable Service on Oct 9, and told them that it is very unreasonable for them to do business this way, and I requested to get my money back.  The lady told me that she will have her supervisor to call me to resolve this.  I received no phone call, and I do not expect to receive phone call from them.

I then called Sears to schedule an appointment.  On the phone, Sears told me that part will cost $165.00.

I would like to warn other people so as not to waste time and money on this Reliable Service Company.
