These people are the hardest I have ever worked with as far as communication and understanding.  I am filing a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and my attorney told me that if they call to harrass me over missing a payment, let them know who is representing me.  Not only did I do that, as they call if you are a day late,  they emailed me, called my work, my cell and sent process servers to my door.  Then one Sunday evening while cooking dinner, they sent a tow company to reposess my car!!!!  My paperwork was even filed!

I got my car back, but they had to pay the tow bill and I had to pay the storage fees!!!  Just overall wrong!!!  I will never use these people again!

Guess what? That's STANDARD methods to try to run down a serial deadbeat. If you would have paid your bills on time then they wouldn't be using COLLECTIONS people. You turned the collectors on.

"I will never use these people again!"

It's highly unlikely that they will welcome your business in the future.
