In October of 2012 we bought a new vehicle and that's where it begins. Had a two year loan for 272.00 a month. My wife and i made bi-monthly payments for four or five months I was was pleased when my wife told me that reliable credit had informed her the last time she asked the balance we owed was a 100.00 payment left in April. Sent last payment and we were told as soon as they received it they would send the title out. Well I've been working on cleaning up my credit report to purchase a new home in my area I've spent thousands this year to clean everything up and was on the cusp of buying a new home so naturally I check all three credit scores and all are reporting a 4001.00 balance in April I just thought they were slow and that when they received the last payment it would finally get updated, nope and now I missed out on a great deal on a new home because reliable credit reporting bullshit late payments on credit reports I've lost all the positive effects of all my hard work on my credit. And still no title of ownership for vehicle and its august after vehicle being paid off for almost four months.Someone please help I know there is other people they have scammed lets take these scam artists down.

So Mr. Clayton...you offered zero rebuttal!  Your only comments were immature in nature.  When somebody here hits the nail perfectly on the head and the OP can't offer an intelligent point-by-point rebuttal, the usual lamebrained response is "you must work for them!".  You have proven my point absolutely perfectly!!!

This was YOUR account with YOU responsible for the payments.  This lender is a SUBPRIME lender.  You ended up with them and a high APR because YOU have a documented and verified reputation of screwing your previous creditors by YOU not paying on time.  Now comes this account and YOU claim YOU want to "clean up" YOUR credit.  So what do YOU do?  YOU continue to live up to YOUR self developed reputation by not paying them on time either. Now you, the self developed serial deadbeat, want to buy a house.  This subprime lender reports YOUR continual late payments to the credit bureau.  So then, its time for you to throw your tantrum, stomp your feet and wail because the big, bad lender reports exactly what you did.  Poor, poor baby.  Isn't it so much of a shame the mortgage company knows what kind of a serial deadbeat you are!
