This is not a site that grades the validity of reports based on grammar or spelling.

However, some people were picked on when they were children..and/or had abusive parents, so they gain some sense of "superiority" by insulting and kicking those who lodge complaints here. Just ignore it, no one's opinion of the report is going to be influenced by a d****e.

Now with that said..I respectfully reply by reminding you what you stated to this company as per your report.."im self employed and i mite be a day or week late on my payment"

You then go on to state.."so last september i was 3 weeks late"...

If this is the case you did violate the agreement. It is unfortunate that you lost any tools due to this repo..but I am sure it is somewhere in contract that they are not responsible for loss of damage to any items left in the vehicle.

Now this company has every opportunity and right to respond to your complaint..and how they handle the complaint is a good sign of how they handle their business and customer service. However..if you violate any agreement on a loan...you can't really fault the company from any steps they take to recover.

Direct quote:"...and there stuck with the rest of what the note was...".  First, to improve your chances of success in life, why not learn basic punctuation, sentence structure and grammar.

YOU are stuck with the rest of "there" note.  Collections efforts will start.  Why not make some sort of effort to get out of sub-prime thinking!
