Complaint Review: Reliable Printing Solutions Inc.

I wasn't a victim of this company, but I did a search on them and found others who were. The BBB report gave them a rating of F, so I wanted to add them to this site to warn others. They call me every few months and I always tell them, "No, thanks".

They ask what type of printers you use, then tell you they re-manufacture those cartridges and refill them to twice the capacity so they last longer. They offer to send you 2 cartridges, one to try for free, the other to pay for if you are satisfied. They promise that if you are not satisfied you can return both cartridges without paying.

After I spoke with them today (for about the 10th time), I googled them, and found reports of overcharging customers and not accepting returns. I then checked the BBB website, and they had lots of details about this company. Check it out for yourself:
