Complaint Review: Reliable Remodeler

I signed up with reliable remodeler about 2 months ago and received many leads from them. Having sufficient work and finding their leads to be a little expensive, I didn't accept any until 1 week ago. It came to me as a "Major" window install at $60 for the lead, (in my mind that should be window replacement for every window in a house, or at least multiple windows). Having a lull in my work I reluctantly accepted the lead ( I figured I would give them one chance since I was already paying them $30 a month just receive leads). I almost immediately received the customers address and phone number (which was good) when I called a woman answered the phone. I confirmed that she actually was looking for work to be done and she was, (again so far so good) but when I inquired about how many windows she was thinking about replacing, she replied, 1 bathroom window and she only needed the glass to be replaced (not good). I am not a glazier, I am a contractor and I cannot imagine this little job costing over $100 total (pay $60 lead for $100 job?? WTF). I immediately called my contact James (who by the way had called me at least 5 times trying to find out why I wasn't buying any leads), amazingly enough I got his voice mail, on which I left him a message to please contact me. I also sent him an email explaining the situation. Needless to say I have not received a response and it has been a week now. I have now sent another email instructing him to take me out of their system and to never charge my C.C. again. I would strongly advise all contractors to stay away from this "company".
