Reliable Remodeler deceptive advertising, overcharges, billing ripoff Beaverton Oregon
This company provides leads for home improvements. The lead quality expensive and poor and often includes bogus information. They would not return calls or e-mails and eventually I had to trick them into calling me as if I were a new account. Adam Wilde promised to replace 6 leads for free to compensate me and instead charged my credit card for over $600 in new leads - even though he only sent me $300 worth -all of which should have been free.
This company is charging my credit card for services it does not provide and my card company refuses to accept a disputed charge as they claim we have a contract with Reliable. Reliable has terms & conditions which are one sided and make any dispute difficult. Stay away from them.

Adam Wilde did eventually contact me and issued additional free leads to compensate for the duds. He also offered me an alternate means to contact him in the future since ordinary e-mails were not reaching him. We are now trying alternate methods to reach new customers & market our products, as internet leads in general are a tough sell.
