Complaint Review: ReliableRemodeler.com

I signed up with this company hoping to be able to secure work in a new area for my company. At first it seemed wonderful. I received several leads right away. I began to purchase leads and found most people did not return my call. In the company's defense, I was able to secure one small job that did turn out well. I purchased several leads and only talked to a few people. I contacted my representative and he said that he would credit me for the lead that said "they were not doing the project for about 2 years". My representative said that he would not credit me for "people not returning my calls". He did credit me for two leads. I kept going with the program and found that more people did not return calls or had no intention of doing the projects. These people had only been thinking about projects, not "ready for contractors" as the ad says. I tried to contact my representative and found him very hard to reach. I called the main number and asked for a manager and after some whispering conversation, they hung up on me. I have since cancelled by account with this company and do not recommend that anyone play their game. I could have found more leads at a home show. The leads are not people ready to do projects. It is not worth the money.
