Complaint Review: Reliable Service Company

It was TERRIBLE!!! They are CROOKS. I called to see if they work on my Carrier In Wall Unit. They said yes. They tell me it's $49.95 to come out. As soon as they discover it's a business the Service Call is $69.95. I ask how much is Labor. Their labor varies on the job. They should have 1 labor rate per hour or prorate it at 15 or 30 minute increments. They send out this Technician named Paul. Walks in with a chip on his shoulder totally rude and demeaning. Treats my wife crappy.
Takes 2 screws off the front panel. Pulls the panel off turns it on sticks his hand in back and says its the compressor. It's gonna be $1600.00 He doesn't get a part number and make calls or look things up on a computer. Then he says I can get you a new one for $1100.00 and $575.00 labor. Then he asks to borrow a tape measure my wife says NO go
walk to truck and get one. CROOKS. I call and complain yesterday. Manager calls me today. I am not happy with my conversation with him or outcome. I will never use or recommend them to ANYONE, EVER! I tell him I will file a complaint with the BBB and RIPOFFREPORT.COM
