I bought a Tranny from them on ebay the first week of december 2008 when I received it my mechanic opened the transmission and found out that it was the wrong transmission (4L60 instead of a 4L60E) and that it had small metal pieces inside the tranny and that it was used instead of rebuilt, I call them and told them about the problem and the told me to ship it back, I shipped it back to them with R&L carriers which is the same company they used, they would refuse the shipment because I sent it COD expecting them to pay for shipment since it was their fault, after that I re-shiped it again and paid for shipment and they received at their location in tampa then called them many times to see if they could give me a refund or exchange the transmission, they said they would give me a refund but never happened,

after calling again some guy told me that they were not going to give me refund then I asked them for another correct and good tranny and I'm still waiting for it. They had it listed on ebay but after I won the auction they eliminated the item so I was not able to see it anymore. It's been four months and I haven't been able to get my money back, I opened a dispute with WAMU and gave me the money back but then charged me again because I did not have a packing slip or invoice (that was the only thing I didn't fax to wamu because they never send me one with the tranny) No money back even when I submitted proof of delivery and letter from mechanic saying that it was the wrong tranny, these guy where very kind and fast when getting my credit card number but after that it was a totally difrerent story, the secretary always told me that someone would call me back but nothing, They have changed the name of the company three times: Reliable Tansmission - Tranz-Parts - Get it right transmission. They are professional scammers and fraudulent, don't buy from these guys. Im still trying to get my money back

Just like the person who wrote the initial report, I was burned by Scott Yaslow and his big liar wife (Carmen) who covers for his scams and claims its to cover medical cost for there disable kid. I purchased a tranny dec 12 08 and by the end of jan 09 filed for funds to be returned via my bank. My bank is still working to get funds returned. They have serveral employees that are also liars helping to cover for the owner. Cathy in shipping, especially. I finally recieved a tranny weeks after canceling the order. It was smashed up and broken and they painted right over the dirt and grease. Bellhousing was cracked in 3 places. I called yellow frieght who delived it and requested a pickup for return and got a real nice girl on the phone who found the shippers account and used there account # for return cost to be billed to reliable tranny. Man oh man was Scott mad when he finally called me back after months of no returned messages and the run around. He claimed I sent him the wrong tranny back. My shipping dept took pics of when part arrived and left confirming it was the same tranny. Thats all my bank needed to get a refund going.
Better think twice about ripping me of you scumbag scott!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
