Complaint Review: Reliable Telecard Corporation

Watch out for these guys if they call you about buying prepaid phone cards. If you miss the company name they'll introduce themselves with some of these names; Edgar, Lynn, Marty (Gold) [watch out for this guy...he's real bad news], Issa Asad, President of Sales & Marketing.

These guys sold me cards several months ago under the name of Nations Choice (a half penny, no connect domestic card). Within hours of being placed with my retailers customers began complaining about improper charges. Not surprisingly I have lost my network of retail outlets.

I returned $255 (of the $300 worth of cards I bought from them) for a refund. For months they have aggressively tried to get me to take other cards. I declined, saying I wanted my money back.

Two weeks ago Marty Gold finally responded directly to my request for cash by saying, "It's not gonna happen."
