Complaint Review: reliable transportation

i was planning to move from mass to ga i called reliable and spoke to dave. he was so convincing. told me everything was guaranteed 100% broken or  missing, he also aked me to itemize what i wanted to take and gave me a quote of 2,300. also we are handy cap and husband is a heart patient and we cannot do any packing. this was said before anything took place. when the movers came jay was upset. he said to me why arent you packed up. then he tells me to take what i need  telling me thjat each piece is charged at 3,15 per piece. they were very fast but did not take what i wanted. most of things in truck were pretty much my entire house and when they were done my bill came up to 8,600 which i cannot afford we are elderly and on fixed income.  also i have a pair of eye glasses missing, ez pass with money on it,  my machine used to test my blood sugar.  now im being told none of that is covered. well when they were finished  jay asked if i would tip him  for what charging me 8,600 when i said no. he sent the other two workes to beg for a tip. i had to rent a u hal for the rest of stuff. the truck was also shared by my friend. when i arrived at my location  all i had was clothes on my back. no bed.  i slept in wheel chair for days before someone heped us. this is the worst experience i have ever had. i certainly will not refer your compay to anyone i know.
