Complaint Review: Reliable United Auto Transport Inc

Reliable is a auto carrier broker thar YOU need TO STAY AWAY  from. He talks a good game, comes across as truthful.  "I own my business and keep up my reputation".  Until he gets your deposit.  He doesn't tell you the deposit is his fee and the fee quoted is for the trucking company.  Once the car is on the carrier he is not to be found.  Voice mailbox "is filled",  doesn't return calls and if he does he gives you the run around. 

Our car was picked up car Sunday Jan 4 and was suppose to be delivered on Jan 7 or 8. Never showed up toll Jan 12. He called once to give us an excuse any the car would be delivered on Jan 9.  "oh,  the driver is in the hospital".  Never happened. 

When driver came finally he was expecting $750, whilst we all ready gave Silver (his name on that occasion) $200. Finally after arguing with the driver handed over $650 instead of 550 and told him that's all we had.  Take it up with Silver. 

Never deal with Reliable. Always check with BBB and read the reviews online. In this case you'll see how terrible they are.
