Complaint Review: Reliance Auto Transport In. (Pembroke Pines)

Adonys Gonzalez and his non English speaking truck drivers - Crooks - Scammers - Thieves - Don't Use Them!

They man handled my Porsche - put scratches down the side (tree branches I think)...

When I questioned the driver about damage - he didn't speak English.  I had to pay full amount or they threatened to keep my car "hostage".   Wouldn't give me a receipt for the money given - very unprofessional!   Extremely unprofessional.  Driver gave me Adony's number by handing me a business card ... pointed to scratches  ... made phone gesture then pointed at card.... drove off.  

When I called Adonys I found out what a true a*s can be.  He is a true a*s.  Blaming me for seeking door-to-door service and said the branches in my neighborhood did it.   I brought the car out to a Wal-mart parking lot to make things easier for his truck.   Terrible communication - the office doesn't answer after hours or weekends.  Jerks!
