During transport of 2006 Mini Cooper from Florida to Nebraska, the  hydraulic hose on the transport trailer ruptured and saturated the vehicle.  This resulted in paint discoloration on the entire vehicle, wheels, and molding.  This hydraulic fluid also ran down the outside windows runining the brushes on both car windows that roll up and down.  Therefore when we roll the windows up and down, hydraualic fluid streaks the windows.

I took the vehicle to two detail shops.  Estimates to correct the damage from the hydraulic fluid ranged from $267 to $400.  I contacted Hanna, the manager, on several occasions concerning costs.  She suggested that a car wash would take care of the problem.  Now when I call her she will not communicate with me.  Other office personnel answer the phone and say that she is not in.

I am trying to rectify the issue as cheaply as possible by taking it to a professional detail shop, allowing  her to  make the selection.  Hanna says that she will only pay for a car wash, which is useless.  Again, Hanna will not even take my calls, thinking the problem will just disappear.

We paid for your car wash

Mr. Shipp,

We just found out about this review and would like to share our side of the story. Mistakes happen but can always be fixed. We did spill oil on your vehicle unfortunately but we also offered to pay for your car wash. You sent us 2 estimates which seemed outrageous (over $400), when we contacted a car wash service ourselves, the price dropped dramatically after the gentlemen explained you tried to take advantage and fix other things in your vehicle that was not part of our oil spill. I have proof that YOU signed to accept a payment made for $160 car wash. It's a shame that we tried to make things right and to fix our error that we made. This is what makes it difficult to have these type of review pages when they don't follow up on what happened as a final result. We try our very best to keep everyone satisfied but honestly speaking, it is not something that can be done with customers who really try hard to damage a company.

You also failed to mention that your 2 sons tried attacking our driver. That would change the review as well. Again, thanks for your review and to those of you reading this, you should be aware that we try our very best to resolve issues within a promptly manner just as in Mr. Shipps case.
