Micro sd card stopped working on my Kyocera Hydro. I contacted Kyocera but they did not provide me with a new phone, I had to pay to ship to Reliance Communications. Reliance Communications has had my phone for over a month when they said it would only take 7-10 days to repair. On top of that they said I would have to pay again to re-activate my phone with my cell phone provider. I purchased this phone to save a little $, instead its cost me a lot more money than buying an expensive smart phone.
