My ex bought a jeep through this company she was late 6. Days. They came to the house as pick it up I tried to stop them they told me to back away from the vechule I asked them to show me some paperwork that they actually work for this company or that they are repo. Guys they wouldn't show me anything I was sticker into this car deal I was finaciling a different car though a different company. Yo make along story. Short they sold the jeep as got the money they wanted to be told them several times in not giving them a dam dime they have put it on my credit report. That is affecting me on getting a place to live I'd do a lawsuit other people that have had the same problem 38th hthis company for sure.

Whatever it is you're trying to say seems to be you're here to whine and wail because this "ex" failed to do what they were supposed to do--MAKE ON TIME PAYMENTS. As such, this "EX" caused a repo, plain and simple. Now you're here to play the big man to defend this innocent woman from the big, bad lender because its all the fault of said lender, isn't it?
Guess what? Its doesn't work that way. A contract was signed in which this "EX" promised to make each and every payment on time. If you want to get mad and write nasty things, direct it to this "EX" who failed to make the payment. Oh yes, don't you write it, get a second grader to do it then anyone will be able to read it.
