Rels Valuation Celso Torres Terrible home appraisal report Pearland Texas
Our home valuation was very low. The house next door just sold for 100K over our appraisal, it was not used as a comp. The comps that were used were in another neighborhood and did not have the same sized lots. We have a much bigger lot and all the value is in the land. Terrible and will never let this guy in my home again.
