ORIGINALLY I WAS TOLD MY TRANSMISSION REPAIR WOULD TAKE 2-3 WEEKS. I WAS TOLD BY STEVE COLE I COULD RENT A CAR AND THEY WOULD REIMBURSE ME FOR THE EXPENSE. MY CAR TOOK 6 WEEKS TO REPAIR AND THEN THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE 3 WEEKS I HAD RENTED A CAR. STEVE WOULD NOT WRITE A CHECK FOR ME ON 1-16 WHEN I PICKED UP MY CAR, AND SAID A  CHECK WOULD BE MAILED TO ME ON MONDAY THE FOLLOWING WEEK.  I HAVE BEEN LIED TO THAT A CHECK WAS BEING SENT AND THEN WHEN I RETURNED ON FEB 6TH TO RECHECK THE TRANSMISSION, I WAS TOLD THE OWNED WOULD CALL ME AND ARRANGE TO GET ME A CHECK. I RETURNED TO THE SHOP IN PERSON ON THE 13TH TO CONFRONT THEM AND WAS GIVEN A $350 CHECK AND TOLD THAT THE OWNERS WOULD HAVE TO AUTHORIZE THE REST AND THAT ONE OF THE OWNERS WOULD CALL ME MONDAY. I CALLED AGAIN TODAY, 02-18-10 AND ONCE AGAIN WAS TOLD THE OWNERS HAVE NOT BEEN IN. WHEN ASKED FOR A CELL NUMBER TO REACH THEM, STEVE STATED HE COULD NOT GIVE THAT INFORMATION OUT. THE REMAINING BALANCE OF $661.46 HAS NOT YET BEEN PAID.
