Upon moving in, the property manager told us several personal items regarding the home owner such as his divorce, how the home was vacant for over a year due to the home owner and his wife going through the divorce and it dragging on for that lengthy time period was also why he couldn’t afford repairs on the property, etc. This, along with taking nearly a week to respond to an application was our first impression of her unprofessionalism. She also only responded to our application after I asked why it was taking so much longer than we were used to for most companies to respond to an application.

As described above, this individual has been unprofessional from the beginning. She takes no accountability for anything. Upon having the sewage backup at the home we are renting, she stated "good thing it’s not an emergency”. This comment alone shows her little concern for my family’s health as anyone with common sense knows how many diseases and health hazards human sewage can cause. Also, she compares having sewage in our home and on our belongings to her telling her kids to put their toothbrushes in the cabinet because "all tooth brushes have a little poop on them”. This all occurred within the first month of renting this home, yet the other repairs that were needed to be repaired such as the door hanging off the oven or the backyard fence with the door hanging off the hinge hadn’t been looked at or even attempted to be repaired up to that date, yet she refuses to releases us from the lease. Let me also state we didn’t have hot water several days while living in the home and had several pictures of backed up plumbing several other occasions before the sewage overflow. Also, when the repair men came out to remove sewage,

I told Mrs. Greer I wanted to be present to watch our items in the home. She told me the appointments were canceled the following day when the restoration team was supposed to come so I did not go to the home. The following day she did contact me telling me the restoration did had already gone to the home and were done removing the sewage and items from the sewage filled areas. Now personal items and valuables are missing and unaccounted for from our home. She was negligent in informing me about the restoration team going into the home still and allowing me to be present to protect our personal items and when I asked her why, she stated she thought I didn’t want to be there after all because of my illness due to the sewage in the home even after I stated to her I would want to be present during that process. Also she stated, she was not able to watch all the men in the home because they were working at "three places at once”.

So to sum it all up, she doesn’t seem to care because it’s not her problem, it’s ours. When you do try to hold her accountable, she claims she is "unaware” of whatever it is you ask her. I personally would not rent, buy, or have anything to do with anything with her name on any kind of real estate in this area again nor would I want anyone to have to deal with this kind of service moving to this area.
