Complaint Review: Remax Financial

Remax Financial contacted me to say I was approved for a $10,000 personal loan on Jan. 5 It all sounded pretty legit until after I sent them a lot of my personal information. I was told to fax them A copy of my drivers license, S>S> card and proof of employment. This should have been the first tip-off, after I recieved their fax back, it told me that I needed to supply $1462.00 for the insurance, I have not sent them money since I have found out that it is illegal for companies to ask for any money before hand. I hope these guys are stopped before anyone else is ripped off.
