 Fraudulent charges on rental repairs that were never performed, would not call prospective clients back, etc. Lisette Squires-Landry and Denise Bruno of the Property Management division are receiving this complaint due to misrepresentation of clients best interests, inadequate response times for request of information, complete disregard to potential tenants who wanted to occupy vacant rental homes that were provided to Remax First by Ravello Properties LLC, monies lost due to improper management, monies lost due to negligent maintenance on our homes, leases were not signed by tenants to protect the owners/Remax First's clients, and fraudulent charges for repairs that were never made. At one point rent was uncollected for almost three months (some properties for six months). A complaint was made to the BBB. Their response was inaccurate, and they manipulated facts. Two properties thousands of dollars in damages that should have been performed for standard maintenance. We were charged clean-up fees, window repair fees, plumbing fees, lawn maintenance fees, trash takeaway fees, etc that were never performed. When we provided photos from our new Property Management Company (Adam Campo Realty) we were then reimbursed for some of the charges. They have been reimbursed the following: #9184 $500, #9202 $610, #9246 $136, #9075 $600, #334 $500, #9076 $250, #9077 $250 #9078 $130 and #334 $500. 3 of these accounts the owner never collected security deposits from the tenants. We showed the vacant properties was much as we could. We did an maintenance that was called in by the tenants and that we were aware of. Currently the customer owes our company monies for items that were done but we decided to give her everything that she wanted and make her happy. All of there accounts are zero balanced and are fully turned over to the new property manager! They have been sent itemized statements, leases and monies that she requested! Their response proves: 1. They were aware of the fraudulent charges. 2. A Property Management Companies responsibilities were not performed by collecting deposits. We hired them because we live in Missouri, and the rentals are in Baton Rouge, LA. 3. Eight potential tenants were emailed directly from me to Denise Bruno and Lisette Squires Landry. Not one person was contacted over the course of a month. I have all dialogue from the prospective tenants in writing. 4. A Property Management Company's responsibility is the check on the properties routinely to protect the owners and the properties. They did not maintain the properties, and we were charged for maintenance never performed. 5. Denise Bruno and Lisette Landry have never mentioned in any emails over the course of six months that we owe them a dime. Not a single penny. That is slander and defimation by citing we do not pay our bills.
