INVALID COMPLAINT - ISSUE RESOLVED IN 2004

"I believe that you are an excellent realtor, and would use you for a future purchase...I was misinformed... and now understand that your loyalty was with your consumer", wrote Kellee Rider in a letter Kevin T. Davis RE/MAX Gold.

Apparently, she registered this web complaint before contacting my office. At that time, she did not realize that by law - realtors cannot disperse deposit monies without consent from both sellers and buyers or court judgment.

When Kelle Rider first contacted my office, her real estate agent abandoned her aide. She was then properly explained that due to her default status in the agreement, the seller refused to release her deposit. With my help, both seller and buyer resolved their issues (Without knowledge of this web complaint).

A client of mine informed me of this web complaint; nearly a year after this situation was resolved.

Kellee Rider apologized personally and in writing for posting the complaint before getting the facts or contacting me personally. She said that she was confused at the time, and forgot to mention this web complaint when she contacted my office.

FACT: The house appraised for $69000

Her letter of recommendation is on file at my office for any interested party to see. (Faxed upon request)

I hope and pray that the fine editors of this website will be fair and responsible enough to post this response in its entirety. If not for a trusted client informed me of this accusation; it would have continued to cause damage to my reputation.
