REMEDY CENTER NATIONAL REMEDY CENTER LOAN MODIFICATION/REFINANCE SCAM NEWPORT BEACH, Florida
I contacted Remedy Center after receiving a few letters, regarding loan modification/refinance. They told me that I qualified for a low rate of 3.75% in my morgage. I paid them $4000.00 for the process. They did not do anything and after 3 months they sent me a denial letter and that I had lost my money. The manager (Robert Duran) is the ring leader of the scam. He is really good. He can even tell you that if the loan doesn't get approve, they will return the money. A big lie!

Contact Newport Beach PD at 949-644-3763. Also contact FBI and FTC where there are numerous complaints. Rumor has it that this is a bunch of Persian Kids from Orange County that have been doing loan scams for years. The name M. Bordbar has been said to be one of owners real names but that is just rumor and not verified

The armed gard and the front of the building at 4500 Campus Drive, Newport Beach, California 92660 says Matt Briggs, Pam Gerber, Blake Krumme and Mike Zadeh are the atttronys for , PRUDENT LAW, NOVATION LAW, HOME REMEDY CENTER, NATIONAL REMEDY CENTER AND HOME REMEDY CENTER. We are conducting a detailed investigation to form calss action lawsuits for comsumers and employees naming as defendants the ring leaders of what are multiple scams.. There is no doubt the owners and managers are predatory psycopaths who have no empathy for anyone.

We are conduncting an extensive investigation of the cast of charcters and many companies located at 4500 Campus Drive, Newport Beach, California 92660 PRUDENT LAW, REMEDY CENTER, NOVATION LAW, HOME REMEDY CENTER, BLAKE KRUMME, MIKE ZADEH, MATT BRIGGS, PAM GERBER, RICHARD We have yet to find any attorney with the California State Bar located at this address.
When walking in the buildings at this adress there are only numbers on each office suite with no names. Their armed gards at all the entrances with 9mm on their hips, with TAZERS and mace. It appears we will be putting together a class action lawsuit for customers and employees of this orginization. If their their are any attronys in any of the string of companies they do not have a very good understanding of Federal, State civil and criminal laws regardong motgage modification. They also have no understanding or regard for California labor law. We will get back to you with information on how you may join us in our class action and RICO action.
