Complaint Review: Remote Satellite Inc

07/29/2009 At Approx. 8:30PM Chad called me from Remote Satellite. I stated that I was on the Do Not Call List. Chad then stated that it shows that I'm not on the Do Not Call list. Informed him unfortunately that's not true. Chad argued with me & stated that it has to be renewed every 6 months. Informed him that I want to know his name, the name of his company & requested his manager right now. Chad said; a*****e & slammed the phone down! I called right back & made contact with an Unidentified Female & asked who the manager was; she said Lloyd but he is on a call. Said she would have him call me back. He called back & I asked if he was the manager, Lloyd said the he is the sales manager. I asked who the manager of the company was & he stated Jay Jackson. Said he is here during biz hours. Said I would call back then. I have called back several times but conveniently Jay is never in or is too busy.
