I purechased a used car with the understanding prior to the purchase that if the remote did not work, i would recieve a full refund. Once the remote was paid for and obtained, consulting with the Mercedes Home office i found that the remote could not be reprogrammed. I called the Remote SuperStore with this information and the person told me to send the Remote back and I would be refunded. I sent the remote back with a reciept of return from the Post office and no other communication has been recieved after two months. The phone number is now changed and i am out of $70.00. I am glad that i bought it with my credit card so that i have evidence of purchase.
