remotespy.com product doesnt work, support likes to scold you, support makes everything difficult to understand. no refunds. Internet

 I purchased this product/service and it worked for an hour.  I was excited to spy on my own computer...but then product quit working.  I sent support a ticket.  I needed a reply quickly, as I was leaving home and it was opportune time for the product to do its job.

I received  NO support.  sent another ticket,and then another-- prioritizing it as urgent.  12 hrs later or more, i got a nasty reply scolding me because it was Easter and I should be nice and realize they are shorthanded, prioritizing my multiple pleas for help as 'scamming'!  I asked for my money back since product doesnt work, and support is terrible....they refused and told me not to threaten them!  and by the end of the day, i had a terrible virus that totally disabled and ruined my operating system.  The tech support from hp told me that it was probably came through this product. 

so now it's not cost me the near $100, but hundreds more for computer repair.  and I didnt get done, what it was supposed to do for a yr.  It couldnt even do it for a day!  BIG RIP OFF!
