i made an online purchase for the product remotespy at www.remotespy.com
after installing it on my computer, it did not execute the various mandatory steps as outlined by remotespy.com
in fact, i have tried by installing remotespy on two other computers. it still did not operate as claimed by remotespy.com
several messages have transpired between tanya schmidt and myself without any solution
my request for a full refund has not been given a email reply as advised by tanya schmidt, remotespy support rep
the most recent reply was from a different support rep, ryan pence who claims that, "i am being a irate, rude, over reacting, threathening, did not read clearly the information contained on their website or the licensing agreement"

I mentioned FOUR problems in my update of Dec 12. I missed explaining the FOURTH problem, which is :
4. Remotespy LLC's reps give the runaround when they are asked for solutions to the inoperability of their "Remote Spy" program and do not give a direct answer about REFUND. The reps finally run for the hills and do not answer messages posted at their website FORUM.

Why Remotespy is inoperable

Remotespy LLC's product "Remote Spy" is inoperable on the following counts.
1. The Remotespy module file is detected by AVG Anti Virus (ver. 6) program as a Virus Trojan Horse, "PSW Agent.2.AV" which defeats the purpose of the program's intent.
2. The Remotespy module file cannot be dragged and dropped either into Microsoft's Word Pad or Microsoft's Word as instructed.
3. The Remotespy module file cannot be compressed either with WinZip or with WinRAR as claimed by Remotespy LLC's reps.
Remotespy LLC's reps have not resolved these four problems. They claim that it works on their computers and consequently shift the blame and the inoperability the purchaser.
Remotespy LLC refuse to refund for the purchase of their inoperable product.

remotespy.com, tanya schmidt and ryan pence have totally ignored my email dated november 22, 2004. they have not offered neither a solution to their product inoperability nor a full refund.
