After purchasing RemoteSpy, downloading the program, and printing directions on how to install the program on the target computer, I attempted to follow their directions.

They said if the program was downloaded rather than having a CD mailed to me, one could skip the first several steps. So, I skipped to the appropriate step and could not make sense of the directions. The written directions and pictures they showed did not match what was on my computer.

Additionaly, when attempting to follow their directions and before even reaching the end of the directions, I got a pop-up box warning me that my computer was being watched. I did not want the program to be installed on my computer.

According to their disclaimers, the program could only be installed on one computer. So I contacted tech support, which is by email on, no phone numbers available anywhere.

After several emails back and forth, the last of which I requested accurate directions for the most recent version which I downloaded, I quit hearing from them. The next time I ran a virus scan on my computer, AVG found this file and deleted it stating it was a Trojan.

I, too requested a full refund, but their reply was that "we didnt promise a 100% money back guarantee, only 100% satisfaction).
