I sent a email to RemoteSuperstore on 10-2-07 asking him if his used Chrysler remote being sold on Ebay would reprogram to a vehicle with factory installed sentry key? He responded, yes it would. I purchased the Chrysler Remote Control listed on ebay #260151669521 on 10-5-07 for $34.95 plus shipping $5.49= $40.44. I took the remote to a locksmith to have a new key cut and to have it programmed to the vehicle. The locksmith said the vehicle will not accept the remote because of the Sentry Key Immobilizer.(He tried twice). I emailed remotesuperstore about this problem and they didn't respond.

I started a paypal dispute on 10-29-07 and a phone number appeared asking me to call Jack Adams at remotesuperstore to settle a dispute. I phoned Jack at 732-921-7760 and I explained to him that the remote will not program to a vehicle with Sentry Key as he assured me it would through ask seller a question. He said he would give a refund and to send him a email with refund in the subject line. I sent the email and he sent email back stating that the refund would post in 30 days. I mailed back the remote and used delivery confirmation USPS, remotesuperstore received the remote on 11-5-07.

On 12-7-07 I sent remotesuperstore a email asking about my refund not posting. I sent it again on 12-10-07 and I have phoned Jack the past 3 days and left messages and he has not responded.
