Complaint Review: RemoveSlander

This company is a scam.  They are all very rude and they are unprofessional.  I paid them alot of money to remove a clients information for the attorney i work for and they said they did and then 6 months later the clients information was back on the internet then they started to say not all the websites were included in the contract.. i paid for him to be removed from all the websites.  and i paid alot!!  i called several times to and left messages before i was able to speak to one of the representatives carlos he told me to write an email to TJ I did the next day i still hadnt heard nothing from this company.. so i called again spoke to carlos again and he said you have to write an email to Ronelle.. i told him i have called several times yesterday and wrote an email and know one has responded to me i would appreciate if you can help me reseolve this issue..  he says i told you what you have to do and he hung up the phone.. i called back he didnt answer i couldnt belive i was being treated this was.. i just wanted to know why this clinet information was back on the web and how can we resolve the issue.. i called again and ronelle answered and said how can i help you.. isaid my name is Vanessa and she said again how can i help you.. i said do you know why im calling carlos said he spoke to you. so after playing dumb she said she i was in the middle of writing an email to you.  oh so after your rep hanging up with me and me calling several times and getting up set this is how i get someone to respond in your office.. this is a little ridiculous and unprofessional. i asked to please speak with TJ and she said TJ wants me to speak with you.  I said well i spoke with TJ and so i can be clear and on the same page i think i fell more comfortable speaking with him.. long story short i told her my conversation with TJ and she started to tell me he didnt say that.. I told her i didnt speak with you so you cant say he did or he didnt. she started to get rude and started to raise her voice and interupt me when i was trying to explain my conversation with him.  I told TJ since i work for a criminal defense attorney i would you his bssiness for the future clients but there is no way and this place is a joke.
