After being a repeat customer of remyhairtoday.com, my last order placed for $600 was never recieved. I was given a bunch of excuses, from customs and the united states postal service were giving her a hard time, to her boyfriend moving out and leaving her the broken hearted and left with the burden of responsibility with their children- I have every single last email. Then, after several months of me kindly asking where my order was, she seized all contact. I even called the customer service number and she answered ( I recognized her voice from her online video testimonials) and she would sarcasticly say I had the wrong number, and hang up. She used to be a good remy hair company owner, and I dont know if her business folded and she decided to just rip everybody off in the end, but karma will definately take care of her. That was hair that I ordered to get done for my birthday and I will never forget that not only did she ruin my birthday, but she stole my $600 after me being a loyal repeat customer.
