Complaint Review: Rene Jimenez Carreraecommerce.com

I wish I would have taken Jason's advice. Rene is doing Business in miami (BFclosure.com). I did alot of work for him and he didn't pay me. I hade Filed suit for my money. Before rene starts telling you that I did get paid for work I did, He is a con. He will bend words around. He wanted me to do a Semi large job for him and since he hadn't paid me for the prior jobs, He promised that this time the he will have the new victims (Sorry, I mean no clients) will pay me direct. I invoiced the new clients and They paid me direct. So when rene tries to rebuttial these claims, He will claim that that I got paid. He will bend the statement. Example, If you ask rene if he has paid me, He will answer "Carlos got paid. or Carlos has been paid". If you are hired by rene, he will give you alot of work, if you asked the clients that he will send you too, you will see that these are people that paid rene and have been waiting for services which aren't rendered. Some have been waiting for over a year!!
Rene will not pay you!!
I once threated to walk out of a meeting we were going to have with some new victims(I mean new clients,I keep forgetting) if I didn't get my money. He has a friend of his send me a paypal. it was about 1/9th of what I'm owed, and rene stated to me that it's being sent in parts. I would have the full amount by the end of the day. end of the day came and I has nothing more. The next day to everyones surprise, I contacted the person that sent me the paypal. This person didn't know who I was and what the money was for. He was just told by rene to send me $400. I was tricked again!

He moves from location to location, has rarely kept a permanent office, has no corporate bank account nor any assets to collect. As the perfect con-artist, he knows just how much to take before moving to his next victim....and you will be a victim...make no mistake about it....to make it more costly to try and sue him!

I hired Rene Jimenez of carreraecomerce.com for a series of internet related jobs for our company. As a result of this filing in ripoff report, I had our attorney and staff check his background before we contracted with him. Other than trivial posts on the internet, I was unable to find any lawsuits or offical filings that validated this report. He has performed his obligations with us and has even exceeded our expectations. What bothers me about this filing is that I spent a substantial amount of money and due diligence to find out if in fact the statements in this report are true. As a businessman, the last thing that I want is for someone to charge me for a service and then after an extended period of time not perform. The loss of money is an issue but more of an issue is being duped after being forewarned and losing weeks or months of time. Now I somewhat feel duped by this report. The allegations are obviously not true, and as a result of them I spent time and money in verifying it. In the future it would be prudent for someone filing a report to actually file some legal or official document referencing the reported incident.

Carreraecommerce has been in business in excess of 5 years and processed over 3000 payments from Paypal from over 600 different clients. In that time we have never been sued by a client for any reason or had any reported incidence of fraud.

We use paypal precisely to provide buyers assurance, all transactions we provide as a Verified paypal provider , (which requires a US.Bank :www.paypal.com)
have a formal dispute resolutions system from paypal, this is precisely why we prefer paypal as a method of payment and we have yet to have a negative or unresolved issue. We rank in the upper .05 % of transaction to charge back within Paypal System and are very proud of that reputation.

As a company that has grown from a small startup to over 100 Employee at peak season times in 4 countries we have had client/employee issues.. we have always strived to facilitate a amicable resolution to any client/employee dispute. No company is perfect .

We look forward to solving any issues if they exist in a amicable manner but will not be blackmailed into making resolutions by threats of posting on ripoff report.com or any other spot. we received actual blackmail threats.

It should also be noted and we can provided anybody that wishes that these posting began when we caught a Hacker menacing one of clients for whom we do security work and almost immediately our site was hacked, several times and so was our email . This is a matter of public record via godaddy and ssl net and several police reports.
