Renee Kolar is the listing broker for a home she advertised at 4301 Mcnutt Street, Haltom City, Texas on behalf of seller, Kristen Edwards aka Kristen Sollers (Sollors), owner of Bright Young Minds Preschool at 10004 Presthope Dr, Frisco, TX 75035 (469) 328-1191.

They attempted to sale the home for over the appraised value (which was 31000 but this year they had the tarrant county appraisal office up it by 10000 just to get more money). The house is 80n years old. The roof is damaged. The so called stucco (which was nothing but wafer board they put on the home) is falling off. The house has big holes in the exterior and water damage that can be clearly seen in the study. The child room has a big hole in the floor and the owner Kristen tried to cover it up by putting carpet in that room  which was odd since the rest of the house has hardwoord floors. The master bedroom has mold in it.

They will not let you get the home inspected. If you try to get it inspected or voice concerns than they will find a way not to sell the home. they will try to lure you in by asking for a low down paymeny ($800 to $1200)

do not buy the home at 4301 mcnutt, haltom city, texas 76117 or you will be sorry. the house has been on the market for months and will stay on there until kristen decides to fix it or be honest. She operate a daycare preschool out of her home in frisco, texas. I dont want a liar to see about my child.

do not buy any home from Renee Kolar. She a flat out liar. She lied and said the roof and other things were done on the home. When we asked for proof she became upset and scared. FYI No insurance company will give you a homeowners policy for this house without a physical inspection of the house. When my insurance company Allstate asked for documentation of the so called remodeling and upgrades Kristen and Renee became scared and panic because they did not have any documentation to prove it.

3 days before closing they still could provide any documentation nor still did they allow us to do a home inspection (which they stalled for two weeks. A violation of the real estate law) so Renee calls me and tell me Kristen didnt want to sell the house to me because I had too many student loans. What a joke. I am about to graduate with a Masters degree. Lol! That's the first I have heard of this.

By the way, Renee and Kristen never knew that I am a part leasing agent that had one more real estate class before sitting for my own Texas Real Estate license. I never disclosed that information to them because I wanted to see exactly what laws they were going to break before reporting them to the Texas Real Estate Commssion.
