Complaint Review: Renetto

You might think you would receive stellar service when you buy a soccer/tailgate chair for triple the price of the competition, but sadly, that is definitely NOT the case with Renetto.  

We purchased two footrests for our chairs.  The footrests came without enough screws to put them on. and they did not fit on properly.  Should have been a simple problem to fix.  Sadly we called and no one answered at 'customer service,' which is a joke of a term with this company.  So, we left a voicemail which was unreturned. 

We also sent two emails.  Also, never returned.  Pathetic service from a company which could care less about customers!
