Complaint Review: Renovation Experts

Renovation Experts signs contractors up to sell them leads for people who have contacted them about getting work done around their home.  When selling the contractor, they tell you that all the leads are personally verified.

In the first 3 days, I accepted 5 leads. I contacted the people immediately by phone but no one answered. I left several messages over the next few days and followed up with an email. Two people called me back. One lady didn't have a clue as to what I was talking aobut and another man said he already had the work done.

I called customer service and was told that not all the leads are verified and that you have to look on the general conditions portion of the lead and it will state that it has been verbally verified. I keep getting leads from them but not one has said that it was verbally verified.

Stay away from them!!! They want to take money from the little people that are just trying to find away to get by in this economy.
