My company engaged in a contract with Curt for a job. Once the job was complete he decided not to pay any portion and stated that we were in breach of contract. In fact we completed the job early, we have hired a investigator to do some background checks on this guy and realized that he is a theif everywhere. He thinks that he can hide behind lawyers. I am writing this to let all of suppliers and contractors in this area to beware. I think that he is going to file bk and keep everyones money. IF YOU DO A JOB FOR HIM REQUEST ALL MONIES OWED UP FRONT AND DO NOT ALLOW THIS GUY TO GET OVER ON YOU. I am going to file a lien on his personal property and extract. BEWARE
