Complaint Review: Renso Castillo-Beautiful Gardens And Landscaping

Renso Castillo, owner of company, failed to update us on new contact number. we needed warranty-covered work on sprinkler system installed by his company. further, in using his company for new fence work, his workers destroyed 30 of our neighbors trees, which we have to pay for.

his invoices provide no information other than the name of company (no listing on websites or phone book), his cell number (not a working number now), and the town, I guess, he lives in (Tomball). He talks a good talk, says he'll be there for you, but when you need him, there is no way to get a hold of him. the work he did was good, but they worked slower than promised and, once again, did not provide the follow up they promoted.
