Complaint Review: Rent a Car en Colombia

Esta compania renta carros en cali colombia, yo rente uno y la verdad el servicio al cliente es horrible, casi nunca responden a las llamadas, y cuando lo hacen dicen lo llamo en 3 segundos o en 10 minutos. no se que clase de relog tienen pero esos segundos o minutos se convierten en dias.  el carro que rente se le hizo una sizura en el parabrisas de unos 3 milimetros informe de inmediato a la oficina y la respuesta es que el seguro solo cubre danos por mas de 2 millones de pesos y el cliente cubre si el dano es menor, paso una semana y no me habian podido dar una respuesta si yo tenia que pagar el dano o si no, no  me cobraban. al final me cambiaron el carro por otro con la disculpa de que este tenia la bateria mal y que se demoraban 3 dias en cambiarla, y de esta manera me quitaron el carro para que yo no pudiera arreglarlo y tuviera que pagar lo que ellos dijeran, asi de esta forma me toco pagar el doble de lo que costaba el dano. les recomiento que si van a viajar a pereira o cali colombia rente un carro pero nunca nunca se les ocurra rentar o alquilar en renta car en colombia. lo peor en renta o alquiler de carros, hagase un favor a usted mismo y evitese perdida de tiempo y dinero. y por favor no rente carro en renta car en colombia

This car rental company in Cali, Colombia, I rent one and true customer service is horrible, almost never respond to calls, and when they do say the name in 3 seconds or 10 minutes. not have that kind of relog but those seconds or minutes become days. The rental car was asked a sizura on the windshield of about 3 millimeters immediately report to the office and the answer is that insurance only covers damage for more than 2 million pesos and the client covered if the damage is minor step a week and I had been able to respond if I had to pay damages or otherwise not charged me. I finally changed the car for another with the excuse that he was wrong and the battery is delayed 3 days to change it, and so I took the car so I could not fix and had to pay what they say, so this way I got to pay double what it did the damage. we strongly recommend that if you are traveling to Colombia cali pereira or rent a car but never ever even think of renting or rent car rent in Colombia. the worst in renting or leasing of cars, do yourself a favor and do yourself a waste of time and money. and please do not rent cars for rent car in Colombia
