Rent A Center delivered used products that where damaged and lied when RAC took over colortyme turning my four year warranty into nothing and never doing anything to fix the items that i payed of within two months and they still have my computer monitor for six months and cursed at me, lied to me, even claimed that the monitor that i visualy saw and new for a fact was not mine and that they had nothin ripoff Klamath Falls Oregon
the company is scandelous. i purchased a 55" television and instead of a 2 weak old tv i get a tv thats over a year old has a crack in the upper right hand corner. also a computer was purchased with a dvd writer that conked out on me and it now sits useless because the mother board is fried. they still have a montior that i wanted fixed and have done nothing with it for over 7 months. i have been trying to get their word to fix the computer and tv but i know if i give it up i may never see it again lol. this has been going on for a year and the items where messed up upon delivery i am now looking into a law suit.
