Rent-A-Center Employee Bill Looks in windows of costumer's homes, harassment calls, and harassing me at home Cedar City Utah

I am sick and tired of them constant phone calls and them coming to my house to collect payments out of uniform. They do show up in a Rent-A-Center Delivering Truck, but how do I know that they are employed with them?

They would start calling at 9:30am, the day that the payment was due; and every three hours until they closed and continue to call like this every day afterwards until they received a payment.

My Husband answered the phone finally after the fourth day of continous calls and asked them to quit coming to my house to collect payment. Well, that didn't help. They still do it.

When my payment came due in December we were away for two weeks for Christmas with family. When we got home I answered the phone to give them a payment since we were gone.

He stated his name and said, "Your account is due and you need to make a payment." I said,"Ok how much." He told me how much and then continued to say,"How come your two weeks overdue? Your suppose to make bi-weekly payments." I told him that we were away for Christmas.

He said,"Well, answer this question." I said,"What?" He says,"If you were away. Did you have someone watching your house?" I said,"No." He says,"Well, when I went to your house there were people there." I said,"What." He says,"Yeah, there were people inside." I said,"Well there should not have been. What were you looking in my house for?" He hung up on me.

Ever since that phone call I have been really really careful and stared out of my wits with this company.

"They'd start calling at 9 AM and call every three hours..."

Because you aren't paying your bills.  Pay your bills or return the items you're renting and all these problems magically go away. You want the items but you don't want to be bothered about paying for them- great example you're setting for your kids there.  

People like you are exactly the reason why Rent A Center's interest rates are so high.  You indulge in a ridiculous level of entitlement.  Pay your bills, return the items, or deal with being treated for what you are- deadbeats.

-You are so right. You must be a genius to see through this scam. These people must have stolen a Rent-A-Center truck. Been able to figure out that you actually have Rent-A-Center merchandise and owe money. Then go through all of this work to collect payments of a few dollars. Wow...you should apply to be a detective.

-You are already 4 days late on payments that you have due every 2 weeks. How do you know that a Rent-A-Center comes to your house. From your previous statement you have no idea if they are actually employees..Ummmmm

So you are gone for two weeks and they say that there were people in your house. Yet you seem more upset of the fact that they said they saw them rather than the possibility that you actually may have had uninvited visitors.

Here is a solution for you...Return the items.

And in case you were wondering, I do not work for now or at any time for this company or any Rent to Own store.
