Rent a center over priced over 2000 for a refrigerator when you can buy one at Lowes for 500.00 glasgow Kentucky
The refrigerator we wanted was supposed to be a New one NOT USE the one they had delivered was dented and scrached up and the refrigerator wasn't getting Cold enough the end results was the compressor went out and we lost about 250 dollars worth of food.
it took two days to replace the refrigerator we were concerned we wanted one delivered the same day they didn't and we have a two year old little boy he needed milk cold not spoiled. we got a one week of not having to pay the bill, however I don't feel that the customer service was up to pare.
Why should a refrigerator cost over 2000 dollars when you can pick one up at Lowes for 500.00, I feel like I was taken advantaged of and I didn't really understand the fine print, I am deaf so I was taken for a fool I thought I would be paying cash price 500.00 not 2000 dollars worth.
when we call in our payments they are rude and hateful since we are near the end of the contract, I feel like they should be made to give me 1750.00 and take the payment of 500.00 because it was a used refrigerator and that is what they should do when they are selling stuff that is used 500.00 cash paid and not a penny more.

I gotta say, I'm as liberal as they come, and I have to agree with the first response to your pathetic whining. You're just fishing for sympathy- you're deaf. you have a littl child. That child needs milk. Etc, etc. Somehow it's "not fair" that you can buy a $500 fridge at Lowe's but Rent A Center is charging you a fortune. Sorry, no- keep your financial house in order, don't screw up your credit, and you get that $500 fridge. Default, make stupid choices, and don't whine when Rent A Center charges ridiculous interest, because it takes heavy losses when it's financially stupid clientele defaults.
I feel sorry for your child- not because it needs milk, but because it deserves better parents. Ever consider adoption? Get your act together and stop whining, please. Of course you are being taken advantage of. But your situation? You put yourself there. Sorry.

Firstly, YOU rented to own. Secondly, YOU rented to own from what is know as a "Deadbeat Lender". Which means that MOST of thier customers couldnt get a loan to save thier life. Which means HIGHER prices BECAUSE they deal with deadbeats. If YOU could have afforded the $500 for a fridge at Lowes then YOU wouldnt be with a deadbeat lender. Since YOU couldnt afford a BRAND NEW fridge at Lowes, YOU had to go with what YOU could afford, which was rent to own. Its been YOUR choices in life with matters of finances that has YOU in this boat. The rental place HAD ZERO CONTROL over the choices YOU have made in life. Those choices have made it so YOU have to go with deadbeat lenders. So YOU can stop playing the victim because YOU HAVE NOT BEEN VICTIMIZED by that business. The only entity that has victimized YOU is YOU!!!!
