i have been ripoff for 3years by rent a center. i have bought 8 to 12 compter from them and nothing but junk. they came into my business here and i started to tell them what i saw in the computer that they are suppose to clean them out when they are returned so i called they superviser he came to say he would talk with them but people personal information was left in the computer i had just got from them and they clean it .what a joke they came to get money for the computer i told them i wouldnt have it till friday and they said we are taking computer then well they are in a place of business and one of the guys was going to jump behind my counter and we had to customers here well tempers got hot and i lost to customers because of these guys and they still have there jobs. well superviser came to see me and got think all set , well im sick of rent a center and want my money back or they dont get this computer i pay 42.00 a week and still having trouble with dexter store

IN RESPONSE TO DEXTER I WORK FOR RENT A CENTER FOR 2 YEARS AND I AM NOT GOING TO JUSTIFY WHAT THE WORKERS DID TO YOU BUT AS AN EX-EMPLOYEE I CAN TELL YOU AND ALL THOSE PEOPLE OUT THERE RENTING THAT WE WORK UNDER ALOT OF STREES WE HAVE 4 DIFFRENT LEVEL OF MANAGMENT TO RESPONCE TO WHEN A CUSTOMER IS NOT BEING SATISFIED IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT BUT THE MANAGER THAT DIDN'T FOLLOWED UP A WAS A CREDIT MANAGER WHICH IS THE ONE IN CHARGE OF THE COLLECTIONS THEY TRAINING US WITH THE MENTALITY THAT IF THE CUSTOMER DON'T PAY WE PICK IT UP SOME MANAGER DON'T WANT SO SEE THAT SOMETIMES THE CUSTOMER DON'T PAY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE MERCHENDISE YOU SEE ONE THING CREATES ANOTHER YOU HAVE TO WORK THERE TO SEE WHAT GOES IN THIS BUSSINESS WE WORK LONG HOURS FROM 8:30 IN THE MORNING TO 9 SOMETIMES 10 IF THE CUSTOMER THAT WAS SUPPOSSE TO PAY THAT DAY DONT SHOW UP WITH OUT CALLING WE HAVE TO CALL AND FIND OUT WHAT HAPPEND WE WORK HARD AND THERE METHOD OF PAYING US NOBODY UNDERSTAND I NOW IS HARD BUT DONT JUDGE THE EMPLOYEE JUDGE THE COMPANY AND MANAGER WE WORK LONG HOURS WITH NO PERSONAL DAYS NO SICK DAYS AND IF YOU ARE A WOMAN LIKE IN MY SITUATION AND GET PREGNANT YOU DONT HAVE A JOB AFTER PUTTING YOUR SELF IN DANGER CAUSE WE ARE IN DANGER EVERY DAY YES THEY OVER CHARGE YOU FOR FUNITURE AND APPLIENCES BUT WE DONT PUT A GUN ON YOR HEAD TO RENT OR BUY SO DONT JUDGE US FOR DOING OUR JOB AND WORK FOR A RIP-OFF COMPANY

i called the head superviser of renta center and i told him what was going on, they offer me the computer i had from them paid in full or my money back . i told him no thank you just want my money back and take your computer, i now own a brand new computer and no more repo from rent a center and they cant take it away from me and i love it.
